    email filter

    Hello everyone,

i recently started to use email filter and i love it to keep the inbox clean.

I have some senders which mails are like the following:

    customerservice.company.com or
    sales.company.com

i tried to use *company.com but it looks like its not working. Mails are just dropping in my main inbox.

I think the guide for this feature is not very detailed, that's why im asking here if i can do anything about it to make it more simple?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi keda,

I tested an email filter behavior with *@gmail.com or *gmail.com address, in my case everything works as it should.
Please provide a screenshot of your email filter to investigate this issue in more detail.

Hey Vadym thanks for your respsonse!

I have mails from refurbed for example:
      peter@email.refurbed.com
      hello@service.refurbed.com

      *@refurbed would not help.
      also didn't *refurbed.com

Also, can i add more adresses in one filter?

      like
      *@refurbed.com, *@amazon.com
      ... ? I have a filter with 2 explicit mail adresses
      someone@domain1.com, another@domain2.com

      this rule did not work.

        Hi @keda,

Unfortunately, there is no possibility of using more than one address in one filter.
Please provide a screenshot of your email filter to investigate this issue in more detail.

        Use of wildcard*:
        • text* – starts with text,
        • *text* – contains text,
        • *text – ends with text.

I would not mind adding more filters, having them in one place would be fine.
The bigger "issue" is, i need 2 filters for
          *refurbed.com and *service.refurbed.com

          Greetings

            keda,

You just need to create separate filters for each address for the correct email filter operation.
