  • Email Notifications not working

    When creating a "New" Task or Case, email is not being send to the contact person upon creation, I need the contact person to be notified when a case or task is created for his "Account". It just works when a stream is updated, example when closing a case.
    i just wanted to know if this is a actual issue or this is the way it supposed to be.

    go to the preference of the contact as a user and make sure he receives notification upon Task assignment.

      everything is selected, it might be that this only works when mentions or status updates, i need it to received email notifications upon Task or Case created...

        in this case if you have advanced pack then a workflow will do the trick.
