Searched through the settings and on Google, cannot find an answer.
When you compose a new email from a Case (Activities -> Compose Email) it prefills the fields for Parent, To and Subject.
I would like to remove the ticket number from the default subject text. For example with a case called "Case Title". Change the default subject from "[#55] Case Title" to just "Case Title".
How can this be done?
