We have a couple of Teams on our CRM with their various workflows but on one of the teams, the round-robin is stuck on a single user. We have tried almost everything we can even up to deleting and re-creating the teams from scratch. Yet, it is still the same.
I'll appreciate any tips on how I can handle this.
