Add activities to Campaign

Hi everybody,
i'd like to add activities to each campaign's detail page, just like we have in the lead's detail pages.
(to add some comments for each campaign).
Is that possible? And if yes: how?
I didn't find anything in Entity or Layout manager...

It will be very difficult to do so hence Campaign entity is not similar to Account/Contact/Lead it has a different set up.
