Make Meetings/events visible to all in calendar

Hi,
If I understand correctly, events/meetings in the calendar view are only visible to users/attendees attached to the event.
Would it be possible to make all events visible for everybody?
We mostly use the CRM for managing our attendance to external / public events and we'd like all CRM users to see the incoming events.

As an additional question: the assigned user to an event/meeting is automatically set as attendees > users.
Is it possible to change this behaviour?
We may want an assigned user who is coordinating the participation to the event but is actually not one of the attendees.

Yes you can allow you users to see all events/meetings in the system through their role [Meetings: read/all]
