I have a problem with leads combined with calls and emails.
Calls and emails do not appear in the lead history. There are no filters set. Instead, they appear in the lead's left activity pane.
If I go to the list of calls and filter for the lead, in this example 4 documented calls are displayed.
As far as I understand, the 4 documented calls from the Calls menu should also be listed on the right under History for the lead.
Or am I wrong here? If so, then I don't understand the principle behind it. At the moment, for some leads, it's not clear what happened in the past because it doesn't appear in the history.
Restoring the backend and clearing the cache (admin: rebuild) has already been done.
