Tracking URL not working

To see the Tracking URL in action, you need to create a Сampaign.

1. Create new Campaign with a type Email or Newsletter. Select one or a few target lists in Target Lists field.
2. After Campaign record is created, create Mass Email for this campaign: click plus on Mass Email panel. Specify Date Start - when emails should be sent, and select Email Template. Make sure Status is set as Pending.

If you want to know that your recipient opened the link from your email, you need to create a Tracking URL. Specify any Name and URL where your link should lead to. Then you will need to paste the generated code into your Email Template.

I created a tracking URL as a redirect, and no matter how I use it, it is not replaced and always appears as text: {trackingUrl:61b8a20022cc39c2e}
I tried sending it by email, creating a template, creating a mass email, the text is not replaced.

Any ideas?
