My scheduled workflow is using Members report (i have 203 members) to create 203 Fee records at the start of every year. I have an entity Year in which I want to create the year record for which I am creating those fees. Example: on January 1 2022, 203 Fees will be created, but I also want to create just 1 record in Year named 2022.

My workflow is creating 203 Year records called 2022 I think because of the report. How can I create only 1? Workflow images below:
