Hello, I wanted to ask how can I safely update my advanced pack to version 2.8.9. The documentation only states through the customer portal but no further details are given.

It is safe, the advanced pack 2.8.9 works fine, i have updated to the latest version and everything works just fine. Please note i have the latest version of the crm 7.0.8. -
JosNas you can access your upgrades via the portal at portal.espocrm.com. If you're extension support has expired then you can access only the last version that was available when your support expired or you can renew your support and get access to the latest extension again.Comment
