Portal Error 500: Undefined variable $basePath

I've created portal and everything is working fine, including websockets and custom URL. But I keep getting error when I'm trying to change layout set for portal users. I've created custom layout set named client layout and when I'm trying to change any records and hit save, I'm getting Bad server response error:

WARNING: E_WARNING: Undefined variable $basePath {"code":2,"message":"Undefined variable $basePath","file":"/var/www/test.ninedev.pl/html/public/portal/index.php","line":64} []

Any ideas?

Can you share how you set up portal with custom url and also websockets if you care.
