  • Unsuccessful integration with Integromat

    Hi guys,

Has anyone tried to make an integration with Integromat?

I have followed these instructions https://www.espocrm.com/blog/connect...to-integromat/ and I have stuck at step nr. 10 - I get an error "ENOTFOUND: Service is temporarily unavailable."
After a few days still the same error. I contacted the Integromat Team, no response yet...

Do you know what could be the problem? Did I miss anything here? Could it be that EspoCRM blocks the connection?

I am having the same issue. Self-hosted instance of ESPO CRM, all info is correct, I even created a subdomain for the installation on my web host to shorten the url for the system, but I keep getting the timeout error as well. I messaged Integromat support, and the answer I got back was to check that my ESPO account wasn't blocking their ip addresses. . . suggesting that maybe their instructions are wrong to include self-hosted info??? I replied asking for clarification as to whether their instructions need to be edited to ONLY work for cloud-hosted instances or if there are additional steps for self-hosted on one's own webhost. But currently, I can't use Integromat and wondering if there are other free options for integration. . .

        Hi,

For example: {name}.espocloud.com for using EspoCloud or any custom domain for self hosted EspoCRM.

Note, Domain Name must be without http(s):// protocol.

Thanks, omitting the https was the key. Now to continue learning how the integration works.
