    Username/password wrong and error 403: Access Denied

    Hello,

    When we try to log in, we get the error that says the username/password is wrong.
    Another user gets the error: 403 Access denied on the login page.

      I already did that and it still doesn't work
      I have now seen that the problem is in the AD configuration. When we logged in as Local Administrator, we didn't have any problem with that.
      This is very strange, because we have 2 different EspoCRMs and 1 has always worked with AD and when we put the same AD configuration to the other and test it, we get an error which is attached.

        scalisto you should check logs in /data/logs/, and also maybe there is some information on LDAP server side?
        Unfortunately, i didn't played with AD in EspoCRM. yet

          When set the LDAP information , got this error. 500: 0x31 (Invalid credentials; 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090439, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v4563): ou=TNC Users,dc=TNC,dc=com ...
