make a call button works only after clicking multiple times

Dear Concern,
We have installed Espocrm 6.1.9 in ubuntu server and using 1.17 Asterisk AMI module to make calls with asterisk server. I am facing the following issues
In asterisk server the ami user is not showing as established connection, but I can see that the user is getting logged on and loggedoff
In Espo crm we have to click on make a call button multiple times to get call in the asterisk / softphone. Most of the time when we click on make a call button it showing 500 error and only after clicking few times it orginates calls to the AMI. Kindly anyone help on this issue as early as possible

Did you checked logs in EspoCRM? Also you can have some information in browser console. Maybe something also in asterisk logs?
