Cant't change Parent for email

User can change Parent of emial when his email is 'To:' field.
Is possible to change Parent of email when user email is also in field 'CC:'?

Yes, you can change the Parent field under any conditions.
Do you have any difficulty in Email composing?

Hello Vadym, thanks for replay.
The problem is with received mail, not composing. I can only edit the 'Parent' field if my email address is listed in the 'To:' field. When my email address is listed in the 'CC:' field, Parent is not editable.
