  • Clearing IMAP cache

    I've been having trouble with my personal IMAP account within EspoCRM.

    The emails retrieved by EspoCRM do not match the emails retrieved by webmail or a local Outlook.

    A large # of emails are being missed by EspoCRM.

    Administration/System/Clear Cache does not affect email. How do I clear the IMAP cache to reset what needs to be downloaded?

    Can't answer your question but with regard to this part, must sure you set the Maximum Size limit higher as that is one of the cause of email not downloading.

      I just needed to change something with imap. I couldn't get the change to work. But at the end I just disabled the current IMAP account and added a new one. And it worked fine from then. Maybe this helps.

        Had similar issue. Deleted email account in Espo and created new one solved the problem!
