I would like to activate the documents that can be filed in the "Documents" module in the portal.
It works fine for articles in the knowledge database.
I want to avoid filing the already existing documents in the knowledge database again.
I only want to make certain documents available to portal users.
There is no configuration option for this in ESPO.

I can't remember if there is a free alternative or a free easy to implement guide for this or not. I believe not. But if they have access to the portal, couldn't you just give them permission to some documents access? I assume you talking about public (without needing to log in) documents access by links right?

So far, you can only share articles from the knowledge database in the portal.
