Why is Job table and Schedule-job-log-record table so large

Hello, I have the same problem. Is it safe to remove records from database or is there any workaround how to clean the database? Thank you!

Running 7.05. Both of these files are in the area of 13MB for a small database that has about 100 accounts, if that. Is all of this data needed? Can't it be cleaned up or deleted? These are by far the largest files in the database... all the others are 400K and less (mostly less.)

I have cron running and it looks like "clean" is running each Sunday night. Is there some other setting I need to make? Do these files need to be so large?
