Group Email Accounts to anothe entity? not to case

Hi,
we want to create new espo entities for special topics. And we want to create entries from Mails. Something like Mail 2 claims.

Is this planned? Can this be customized?

Hi,

You can use Formula or Advanced back (Workflow, BPM).

The key is the Email entity, go to entity manager > Email > formula you can use it to create any entity
