  • Printing to pdf results in a blank page

    Hi,
I´m sorry, I have only questions and can´t help to fix other issues

I want to print to pdf. I have created a template and a blank page opens when I print.
I think the error is somewhere on the server, which I could fix via php.ini. In another topic the problem was solved in the settings of the "open_basedir".
However, there is not the correct setting for the "open_basedir". Can someone please tell me what I should enter there?
To be on the safe side, I've included the log file below.
    Thanks for the help

could you post your template code. This would be the first place to look, if there is something wrong.

I generate the template with Administration --> PDF Templates --> Templates ---> Create Template

Open edit template and go to code view (</>). The editor sometimes adds strange tags, that you cannot see in the WYSIWYG editor.

No, there are no strange tags

This looks all ok, and it should, because it is the most simple tags and that should work. I guess, there is really something missing in the server configuration. The log file in this case does not help a lot.
Do you use espoCRm on a local stack or in a hosting/server?

it took time.... but i solved it. It was a setting in my php configuration

Good to hear that. Could you tell, what configuration you had to change. Could be helpful for others.

                      I would.... if I could
I changed and switch on / off some settings at the same time. I can´t say, which setting was the right one :-)
