  • How to back up my information?

How can I backup my server information? It happened to me once that I had to reinstall, but I did not have a backup to later upload the information to my CRM, how can I make a backup of this and later upload it to the server?

You may need to check this blog:

    Backup and Restore

In short words, the most important are:
    - data/upload folder
    - data/config.php file
    - custom folder
    - And your database of course

All folder through copy/paste. As for Database through importing the backup using something like myPHPAdmin.

Make sure your backup version is the same version you are installing.

For those of us who are more comfortable with a GUI, backing up and restoring EspoCRM is a piece of cake with Akeeba Solo.
See Akeeba Solo - Akeeba Ltd - this solved all my issues with scheduling backups, maintaining a set # of backups, deleting old backups, etc.

Thanks mdmen, I had a look through the website. EspoCRM doesn't seem to be supported by default. Be good if you can share a few step in using it for EspoCRM.

This post might help, it shows you how, step by step to rebuild your website from scratch without losing any database information and set up a local server for development or even backup.

I upgraded from 5.82 and followed the procedures to the current build. For two years prior to this upgrade, everything was running smoothly. I did appropriate backups, so I thought and even looked to the server rewinds etc. Now, every 2-4 hours the CRM crashes again and gives just the blue line across the top of the page. I

Hello, as I did not get Akeeba to work (some server pre-requisites, that I was not possible to solve), I found X-Cloner (Standalone): https://www.xcloner.com/downloads/.
I managed to integrate it by iFrame and now I can Backup Database and Webfolders from within espoCRM.
