Problem that when changes

I always have the problem that when changes are made (by admin) to entries, despite deleting the cache and rebuilding the database, they are not always updated directly.

What could be the reason, server or browser?

Try to clear a cache of your browser. Try to reproduce it in an incognito window.
Do you have any automation that might revert changes?
