Hi , Maybe someone can help me.
I have created the following authorization for leads. Please refer. attachment With this setting,

With this setting, the user can the leads subscribe to , but not convert them.

But !!!!!!!!! Leads created by the admin should be subscribed and convertible by the user, but not editable.
Leads created by the user should be edited, subscribed and convertible.

The user should be able to see all leads.


I am trying to present my thoughts again here.

Employee 1 should be able to do the following.

See all leads. Edit, convert, and subscribe to all leads.
Create and edit new leads.


Employee 2 should be able to do the following.

All leads can be seen but not edited.
Convert and subscribe to all leads.
Create, edit, convert and subscribe to your own leads.

It seems that it is not possible to achieve for the Employee 2. For this you need to specify at least 2 different roles. You can try it but Note, due to a system ACL logic If a user has multiple roles, then they will be merged so that the permissive rule will have a higher priority.

Pity ,
it would be nice if there was another option in role management.
User can subscribe yes or no. User is allowed to convert yes or no.
