Open developer tools (F12) -> Switch to the Network tab -> start typing a contact name in CC/BCC-> there in Network should appear request. Investigate the request and its response.
Is there any error in the Console tab?

We have been using an ESPOCRM (5.9.3, PHP 7.4.16, MariaDB 10.3.27) for several weeks. It works well.
Since yesterday, existing email addresses in the AN CC BCC fields are no longer suggested.
Previously, "anna" was sufficient and then anna.otto@berlin.de was suggested.
Now some e-mail addresses are no longer suggested.
However, they are available and are also found in the search, even in the global search.
No opt_out is set.
There are no hints in the table email_adress
There are 1200 email addresses.
