Evaluate e-mail subject line

Hello,
It is about e-mails that generate tickets
I would like to evaluate the subject line of an e-mail using a formula.

Has anyone ever done something like this? Or an idea?

i think it's possible.. but it's a groupEmail .. certainly not impossible
