    I have cases set up to be created from a group email.
    I also send an auto reply that we are working on their case.
    I can also reply to their e-mails from within the Case.
    I also have a workflow set up that notifies the customer when there is a new post (not via email but via stream).

    All these mails successfully reach the customer.

    What doesn't work however, is when I manually create a case and assign an account to it. (not a contact).
    The case gets created but the contact doesn't receive any mail about it. The account does have a valid e-mailaddress.
    Also when I place a note/post on the stream of the case, the account doesn't receive anything.

    Everything works fine though when the account initiates the case-creation (automatically via group email).

    This is what I have selected at the workflow:
    To
    Related: Belonging to.Contacts
    --> Should this relation also reach the "account" that was selected on the case? Because this doesn't appear to work. What am I missing?


    Second question: when a completely new, unknown e-mailaddress mails to the group mailbox... is espocrm supposed to create a lead? Because that also doesn't seem to work. Or do I have to create a lead myself somehow?
