How to change the follow status of accounts by mass change?

Not sure what you mean here.

But my guess it you could just just go into Account > (select checkbox which account you want to change) > Actions > Unfollow?

Look like it not an option for massUpdate though, so you want to unfollow for other user too?

I explained it badly.
A follower should be deleted by changing several data records of the entity account at the same time.

The only way is to login as that user and do the mass unfollow action.
