System created PDF filling up Disk

    Hi All,

I have a very strange issue.
A system created PDF file comes into the data folder and attachment table, without parent or source id, only with role:attachment, type: application/pdf and created_by_id: system.
So much of it is created that our server is running out of disk space.
    Please see attached.

I disablet the /v1/attachment link, but they are still created.
Could you please give me a direction so I could find out where they are coming from?

    Regards,
    Balazs

    Hello,
maybe check integration with email (gmail/outlook)
    do you use email ?

If you could give the project a star on GitHub. EspoCrm believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Could you provide the error description from the EspoCRM and web server log files https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ng/#check-logs ?

        Hi,

The log files are too large they exceed the limit of the upload 195.3 Kb. Is there a way I could send them via mail maybe?
For some reason today the creation of the pdf files stopped, but it would be good to know what was it.
How could I share the files with you?

Yes we use email, but then I guess that the parent_id and parent_type columns should be filled if it was coming from a mail.

        Regards,
        Balazs

          Sorry for the delayed reply.
Well, as a workaround you can split it into two or more files and attached them. Or you can upload it on some file-server and provide a link to it.
      Working...
