Hi,
I wanted to ask if there are some restrictions on "base" type entity, regarding email templates. Because I tried sending an email through a workflow and the email template did not work. And when I tried to print out a PDF on the same record with the same template it worked just fine. And when I tried sending emails with a similar template from an entity that is base plus it worked just fine.
