Is there a way display when a new email recieved in a List view of Cases? My managers would like the case to be highlighted or an indicator displayed. -
I have a similar question, is it possible for the assigned user on a case to get an email when a case is updated i.e. the person who opened it sends a second email... is it possible for the assigned user to get an email telling them that their case has been updated?Leave a comment:

Maybe you should consider another type of notification? If you're using advanced pack, you could send notification to user which is assigned to case.

Where do you want to show the highlighted label ? Is it in list view or inside the record ?
If it's in list view hope you can achieve it with workflow with custom field.Leave a comment:

Please help me
With new email creates new case with status "New".
I assign this case to user and new status is Assigned.
