    Short delay sending mails from cases

    Hello,
    we are evaluating ESPO for using with CustomerSupport department.
    They said that there is a short delay when sending Mails. After you click "send" there is a message "Sending" and then "OK". We are using Office365.
    Our CS ist sending a lot of Mails and they noticed that it takes about 5 seconds till the mail ist send and the can work on the next case. Outlook ist working faster in this situation.
    Is ist possible to put sending mails to a task in the backgroud or somthing like this?

    Hi Jens,

    There's no such an ability at this moment.

    I suspect storing sent email on IMAP takes most of the time.
