Error the app page doesn't load and give bad server response

when i checked the error log in my server i found this
[11-Nov-2019 20:02:35 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException: PHP's json extension is required to use Monolog's NormalizerFormatter in /home/romainas/pipeline.wecode.ma/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Formatter/NormalizerFormatter.php:34 i have checked and php json extension is installed.
