Hi..

I am trying to add a simple Timer Intermediate Event (Catching) to send notification my Process Flowchart, is not work properly

How can I set Timer Intermediate Event (Catching) condition to send notification



My Flowchart and Timer condition as given hear..

This flowchart Timer Condition Is always in Pending..

First of all, go to Administration -> Settings -> Disable Cron box (it should be unchecked). After, follow this:

On the Administration page you should see a red notification if your cron is not working.

Hello,
Please check the next few thisngs:
1. Go to Administration -> Scheduled Jobs. Check whether the Process Pending Flows job is active. How often this job runs? Enter to it and investigate its log.
2. Go to your flowchart process and investigate its log (see screenshot). What is the last process stage?

It is not necessary, cause I tested it with your timer condition and with others as well. It works. May I ask you what EspoCRM and Advanced Pack version do you use?
So what about your scheduled job. Is it Active and successfully executes according to its schedule?
