  • Inbound Emails not reading mails inside the INBOX

    I configured SMTP mails and set up the CRON job which runs every 1 minute.

    And i tried to send to send an Email from my application to outbound email it works and it shows in the Sent Items.

    And i tried to send an Email from my Gmail to CRM admin email and its not receiving mail in the Inbox , but when accessing the view page of that personal accounts it shows the emails received

    baseurl/#EmailAccount/view/id

    Not sure how to bring this to INBOX , Let me know how to solve this , Any help is appreciated , Thanks in Advance

    Hello,
    You should configure IMAP connection in the Personal Email Account to fetch inbound emails to EspoCRM.

      Hello, did you manage to solve the problem? I have the same detail, the SMTP and IMAP settings are correct, but EspoCRM does not bring the emails.

          Hi guys.
          If you are sure that the email was fetched by the IMAP connection, then make sure your user has a defined email address in his profile.
          For the personal emails, the system shows emails in the Inbox when User's "emailAddress" is equal to the "ToEmailAddress" of the fetched email.
