Allow any user to update at will his/her profile data (not only the password).

I searched the forums and I learned that his operation is doable by allowing a change in the User Entity file but no actual reference of the operation. Can someone share with me the process. I need to allow the user's of the CRM to update data such as name, surname ect. at will from their profile page (or at the relevant page).

Create a role and set for User entity these permissions: read: own, edit: own. Assign this role to your user.
