User not allowed to add picture in profile?

Hi,

A recently joined user is not able to change/edit the profile (not the preferences). When clicking on the top right of the CRM (...) then on her name, the page is then not loading.

Any idea why?

Users are not allowed by default to edit their profile?

Hello.
By default, a user can change only his password. You can allow changes by setting the permission for the User entity.
