    Is there any way to make a Portal accessible without requiring a user to log in?

      Did you ever get an answer to this? I have the same question and use case. It would majorly simplify my life to have a public portal.

              Hi, I am new to espo and really like the power so far. I am evaluating the usage for mailing, standard lead work and case management. I would like to use the case and knowledge base feature for a help desk portal as well. I want users to receive a hash coded url to be linked to the case - without login. Is there any way to do so? As for handling I can use filters e.g. to send e-mail on status change. Olaf
