New Cases added to Calendar

Hi

Does anyone know a way to get Cases showing in Calendar other than assigning a meeting to the case?

We can see that Meetings/Calls/Tasks/ are shown so it must be possible to add Cases.

Cases is not a calendar module. therefore the display does not work. you can create a connection to tasks.

We have created a relationship between Case and Meeting and although it works well, we wanted to see if we could create a smoother approach with less user input.
