Adjust layout of stream Audit display?

Is it possible to change the layout or function of the stream for Audit posts? By default it shows who made a change, but then you need to click the little "V" symbol to reveal what was changed. I would prefer that it show what was changed by default. I can't seem to find where I might be able to customize this display?

Thank eymen-elkum confirm working and easy to do thanks to the guide.

Please note that anyone who following the guide, the code should be paste around Line #117, it just look weird in the screenshot because the code was "collapsed" (quite ironic of the tutorial!)
