Hello,
Espo reads the e-mails in the Indox folder (of your mailbox) and places these e-mails in the contacts according to the e-mail address that is recognized. This process is automatic. It is controlled by a cron job.

Here is a documentation of how the cron should be configured https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...etup-a-crontab. If you are on OVH and you don't have an access to the crontab file, or admin panel with it settings you should contact your hosting support service.
