Hours of Operations - How to?

What is the best way to create and store hours of operations in Espo?
Something Similar to the attached screen shot?

Are you looking for guidance as to how to set up a View to look like your screenshot or the backend too?

looking for the best way with the available fields that Espo provides especially since there are no time only type fields - closest is date-time.
For the Days - I am guessing an ENUM field for each day with options, OPEN or CLOSED.
