Group Email - Automatically Link to parent how?
I have noticed that an email will link to a parent account based on email, however can this be adjusted?
For example I want to create templates so send out with the {account.id} in the subject line that way when an email response comes in it will just link to the parent account.
I have noticed if the replying email is not a contact in the account it has to be manually linked.
