SQL Error when Syncing Campaign list to Report

I have done all different types. I even did a report to sync with Contacts and only selected Name.

I am getting an error when attempting to sync a campaign list with a report. Any ideas?

Only error in the log: [2019-05-27 21:20:57] Espo.ERROR: (22007) SQLSTATE[22007]: Invalid datetime format: 1292 Truncated incorrect DOUBLE value: ''; POST /api/v1/Report/action/populateTargetList [] []
