Weird. Change the program from Daily to * * * * * and check if something will change. If not, try to press the "Execute now" button. Does job run?
You have a lot of jobs that start at the same time. This also may be the cause of this issue. So to fix it you should contact the hosting support.

Ok, finally works but now send email a lot of times, why? and another thing, I want to attach one report with email, how can I do?

I suppose that it started to send all messages that had a 'pending status'. What the status of these jobs in the job's log now?

Just I put active this task and appears a lot of pendent tasks and send email all the time

It looks like a loop. Do you have a few workflows for sending emails, or some workflows are triggered by another action, or you have some BPM that makes the loop?
