EspoCRM v.5.6.0 was tested on PHP 7.3.3. It was the latest PHP version on the EspoCRM 5.6.0 release date.
We will check PHP 7.3.4. and the cause of its incompatibility. Thanks.

Have tested clear installation EspoCRM v.5.5.6, 5.6.0, 5.6.1 with php 7.3.4. Everything is good.
