User Roles Import Enabled - How?

I have a Role Group called "callers" where I have enabled "import" permissions.
However I am unable to find where to perform the import while logged in a users belonging to the group.
I have already searched the forums and was unable to find anything, Does the user have to be an Admin to be able to perform an Import?

Hello,
have you added the "import" tab into the tab list? Go to Administration -> User Interface and add it.

This did the trick! Would have been nice to find it in the documentation though.
