Blank page in portal after update

I upgraded to version 5.5.6.
Everything works fine, except the portal.

Trying to login It just shows a blank page after a little temporary red message on top displaying "error 500"

Permissions are:

/index.php 0644
/portal 0755
/portal/index.php 0644
/portal/web.config 0755

Error 500 it is the server side error. Check the Espo and web server error log files. There should be an answer to what went wrong. This should help you to find the log files https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...ent-check-logs

Thanks. After checking the error log, I found the upgrade from 4.8.4 to 5.0.5 changed permissions of several files and directories. Once corrected, everything went fine
