    Inbound E-mail error

    Hello,

    My client Espo cannot connect to the inbound e-mail(IMAP Gmail), when i'm try to select trash folder then i'm error(Could connected to IMAP serwer), but smtp work great.

    I'm sorry for my English.

      Hi,

      Yurikuzn what do you mean diffrent port, gmail via imap need 993 port and ssl auth yes. I creat new acount in another e-mail provaider, and I have this same error.

      P.S. Dzień dobry i now we have a very crazy letters (ęóąśżźć)

          Maybe there is some bug. Can you save the record with any Trash folder value and then edit it?

              Yuri - tell me, i configure inbound e-mail, and when i click to monitored folder the Espo show error "Could not connected to IMAP serwer". I think somethig i do wrong

                That's weird. Can you try some another IMAP to make sure the issue not only with this server. Maybe check log: data/logs/

                    Problem with connection to inbound gmail is solved!. My provaider is blocking port 993.
