How to make panel visible only for users in a specific group?

I see that in layout manager I can set visibility based on the entity fields. I would like to set a panel visible only if the logged user is part of a specific team.

I'm asking about showing different panels for different teams using dynamic conditions. From my understanding permission only work at the field level to hide/show.
