Hello,
E-mails sent by the system through a workflow are not assigned to a team.
We send some e-mails to the entity "Cases" as notification (several workflows). The e-mails are sent, but a team is not set.
However, there is an older workflow for this entity since the assignment of the e-mail to a team works.
